Acrobatics Classes

Acrobatics is perfect for those who prefer to stay on the ground - or are looking for a complement to their Aerial skills.

Giving ground-based strength, body-awareness and flexibility, our classes explore foundation tumbling skills like handstands, cartwheels and rolls. And then expand into partner skills and balances, and hand balancing.
